Christmas 2009

For Christmas we were lucky enough to make to Alaska to spend the Holidays with Michael's family. What made the trip even more fun was the fact that 4 of Michael's other siblings were up there was well. We were able to do a lot of things and had a really fun time.

Christmas morning!!

We realized that both of our kids have spent their first Christmas in Alaska, pretty cool. We might just have to make it a tradition. :)

Emma was happy to dive under the tree, making sure we didn't forget any presents.

Emma had a blast playing in all of that snow until some of it got caught between her hands and wrists. Can't say that I blame her at -10 that is pretty cold!

Another tradition- making gingerbread houses

Emma's house is the small one on the left. The one Michael and I did is to the right of it.

Isaac liked the fact that the cereal was kept at easy reach. We frequently found him running away with a bag of it.

Then to end our trip Michael and I just couldn't resist...
